Yes. We accept PDF 2D drawings, hand sketches, and even photos for reference. As long as the requirements are clearly described, we can assist with engineering review and process recommendations.
We have experience handling parts as small as Ø3 mm and components up to 800 mm. For special size requirements, please provide drawings for evaluation.
Yes. We offer a formal prototyping process, which can include inspection reports. Typical prototyping lead time is 3–7 working days, depending on drawings and scheduling.
We specialize in low-volume, high-mix production as well as mid-volume manufacturing. Whether it’s a single prototype, 10 trial pieces, or 1,000 units, we have processes in place to accommodate your needs.
Prototyping generally takes 3–7 days, while mass production typically requires 10–20 days, depending on quantity and scheduling. If special tooling is required, additional time may be needed. Lead times are confirmed during quotation, and we provide shipment records and progress tracking.
Payments are made via corporate bank transfer, either before shipment or on a monthly basis, depending on the cooperation agreement. We can issue triplicate official invoices (including VAT) and can accommodate both domestic and international clients.
Our headquarters and factory are located in northern Taiwan, and visits by appointment are welcome. Samples or physical parts can also be shipped for evaluation to speed up the quotation process.
